An educational program for social entrepreneurs has been launched in Tatarstan
A free educational program on social entrepreneurship has been launched for representatives of social enterprises of Tatarstan. Classes on the specialized professional development program "Project Management in the field of social entrepreneurship" are held on the basis of Kazan Federal University with the support of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In 2021, within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative", social enterprises of Tatarstan are given the opportunity to receive grants from 100 to 500 thousand rubles for the implementation of projects in the field of social entrepreneurship for the first time. A prerequisite for obtaining a grant is the completion of a specialized training or acceleration program. The training takes place from July 26 to August 31.
Educational intensive courses are held on the following topics that are in demand among socially oriented businesses: "Promising areas and areas for social entrepreneurship", "Generating and testing business hypotheses", "Customer development.Marketing", "Optimization of business processes, improvement of a product/service", "Attracting financing", "Presentation of projects, promotion in communities and the Internet".
During the training, participants will work out their projects in detail, analyze the business, determine its value and development trajectory, and learn how to properly "package" their ideas and projects.
"An important component of the program is individual work under the guidance of mentors on projects in the field of social entrepreneurship. This should be an interesting and productive work, given that everyone has different directions and scales of activity. Social entrepreneurs, as graduates of the educational program, will be able to apply for a grant in the future," said Anton Dyganov, head of the Social Sphere Innovation Center of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Upon completion of the training, small and medium-sized businesses included in the register of social entrepreneurs will receive a certificate of advanced training and will be able to participate in the grant competition, which will be held in the republic this fall.
