The delegation headed by Deputy Minister of Economy Natalia Kondratova visited the enterprises of the Alekseevsky municipal district – "Alekseevskaya ceramics", Alekseevsky cable plant, "Eden" and "Alekseevsky dairy plant". The members of the delegation discussed the current problems and prospects for the development of production with the heads and specialists of the enterprises. The development of the Alekseevskoye Industrial Park was also discussed during the visit.
"Alekseevsk Ceramics", OAO brick production company was the first point of the delegation's visit. The company is one of the leading manufacturers of ceramic bricks in the Republic of Tatarstan and in the Volga Federal District, it has been operating since 1995. The construction of the plant was due to the lack of this kind of production in our region, the growing need for high-quality building materials and an increase in the level of employment of the population.
Since 2002 and up to the present day, work has been underway to modernize the enterprise. Thanks to the joint work with specialists of the world's leading European manufacturers Bedeschi (Italy) and Ceric Pelerin (France), the plant is equipped with unique lines where two types of products can be produced simultaneously: different in texture and color. The plant employs 189 people.
After the brick factory, representatives of the Ministry of Economy visited the poultry farm of an individual entrepreneur Kaderia Lotfullina, who is engaged in the rearing and sale of young poultry to the population: geese, ducks, broiler chickens, turkeys, as well as the cultivation of poultry for meat. To date, the poultry farm has 5 buildings with a total area of 10116 square meters. At the same time, it is possible to grow up to 100 thousand heads of all poultry in all buildings, and up to 400 thousand heads per year.
The members of the delegation also made a tour of the Alekseevskoye Industrial Park, one of the residents of which is Alekseevsky Cable Plant, OOO for the production of fire-proof cable. During the visit, the prospects for the development of the industrial site were discussed, a consultation was held on a new set of support measures for residents and management companies of industrial parks with a load of less than 70%, implemented by the Ministry of Economy.
Another point of visiting the production facilities of the district was the agricultural processing selling consumer co-operative "Eden". The meat shop specializes in the production of semi-finished products from cattle, poultry and fish meat. The products are sold for hot meals for preschool and school institutions of the Alekseevsky, Alkeevsky, Rybno-Slobodsky districts and for shopping facilities.
The company plans to organize sausage production, purchase specialized equipment. The company was given advice on the support mechanisms operating in the republic – preferential microfinance for various business purposes, including the expansion of production and the purchase of necessary equipment.
The last object of the visit was the Alekseevsky dairy plant. The Alekseevsky dairy plant was founded as a milk powder plant in 1936, for 85 years the enterprise has passed several stages of reorganization and since 2016 it has been operating as the Alekseevsky Dairy Plant, OOO.
In recent years, the plant has significantly expanded the range of products. Due to the launch of the whole-milk shop, the line of the finished product was replenished with essential goods, such as milk, cottage cheese, kefir, ryazhenka, katyk, kaymak and several types of yogurt also appeared. In 2021, the equipment was purchased and installed in a new cottage cheese shop, in this regard, since May of this year, the enterprise is able to produce more than 1 ton of cottage cheese per day.
