A resident of the Alekseevsky district, Ildar Kharisov, registered as self-employed a year ago. The man opened his own business: he started making fences and gates with the help of artistic forging. To develop the business, he needed to equip the workshop. He was able to receive financial support from the subordinate Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. Ildar Kharisov told the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan about the advantages of the self-employed status.
Without exaggeration, Ildar Kharisov can be called a jack of all trades. A man knows his craft perfectly, in addition to fences and gates, he can make many other beautiful and unusual metal products. Ildar said that he learned blacksmithing himself, the skill came with experience.
"I put ingenuity and creativity into my work, so it turns out beautifully and of good quality. I received the first order from friends, made them a fence. Then to friends of friends. The news about me as a good master spread throughout the village, customers began to call me," said Kharisov.
Ildar Kharisov decided to legalize his work and became self-employed. Now he pays tax at a reduced rate of 4 %, he liked the simplicity and transparency of administration – all operations are carried out in the application on the phone. If desired, it is possible to make insurance deductions for retirement independently, the tax service itself calculates the amount to be paid, you do not need to fill out declarations.
After registering as self-employed, Ildar Kharisov had the opportunity to receive state support from the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative". He got a micro-loan in the amount of 150 thousand rubles. He spent this amount on equipping his workshop. Now he is counting on the provision of further support measures. He plans to apply for grant support for the self-employed.
We recall that in order to increase the availability of concessional financing, starting from June 1, 2021, the maximum % rate on the micro – loan "Self-employed" was reduced to the key Central Bank of the Russian Federation-5.5%, previously the rate was equal to 6%.
Micro-loan is available for individuals who are not individual entrepreneurs and apply a special tax regime – "Self-employment tax". At the same time, the borrower must be registered as self-employed for at least 6 months.
To obtain a micro-loan, a self-employed person must choose Tatarstan as a territory of doing business as a self-employed person when registering, and the age of the borrower at the time of repayment of the loan should not exceed 65 years. For citizens who meet the requirements of the program, up to 500 thousand rubles are available for a period of 3 to 24 months for any expenses justified by the borrowers, necessary for the implementation of activities, the income from which is subject to the "Self-employment tax".
Applications for micro-loans are accepted by the Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, located at 28 Peterburgskaya str., Kazan.
