Tatarstan potential and existing exporters can receive 6 free support measures aimed at preparing the product for export, finding a buyer abroad, organizing negotiations, organizing the logistics process, as well as promoting products to foreign markets online. Support is provided by the Russian Export Center, in Tatarstan it can be obtained on the basis of the Regional Export Support Center (ESC).
- Within the framework of free services, the ESC provides assistance in the search and selection of a foreign buyer
ESC specialists will compile a preliminary list of potential partners for a specific company in the target market according to the industry principle; they will search for additional information to clarify the profile of potential trading partners and assess possible interest in the company's products, send out presentation materials, monitor feedback during initial negotiations with selected potential trading partners to determine and confirm interest in cooperation with the applicant company.
To receive this service, one need to fill out a questionnaire and prepare presentation materials translated into the language of the country in which you are interested in finding a buyer. If the entrepreneur does not have the ability to translate materials independently, the Export Support Center takes over this service for free.
- Basic consulting on patent protection measures
When entering the foreign market, it is necessary to register a trademark to protect the intellectual property of the product.
The ESC experts will analyze the use of the trademark on the territory of other countries, after which they will develop recommendations on the algorithm for registering the trademark, depending on the country where the export of products is planned. The experts will also calculate the costs of trademark registration, give advice on the specifics of the legislation in the country where registration is planned.
- Consultation on the issues of product conformity assessment in foreign markets
Specialists will also assist in bringing products in accordance with the requirements necessary for the export of goods (works, services). We are talking about standardization, certification of products and other permits necessary for the export of products.
As part of a free consultation, ESC experts will tell you about the requirements for the product on the market of a particular country, select a document that must be obtained for passing a conformity assessment, and help with the selection of a certifying body without intermediaries.

ESC specialists will help to establish logistics when shipping products to a foreign buyer.
