"Proven Business" practice of the Republic is presented at the "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia" conference in Nizhny Novgorod

"Digital regulatory services for business" panel discussion on control and supervisory activities was held in Nizhny Novgorod as part of the "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia (DIIR)" сonference.

The event was attended by Vyacheslav Vitushkin, Chief of Staff of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, Alexander Litvak, Director of the Department of Regulatory Policy and Regulatory Impact Assessment of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Sergey Tsvetkov, Director of the Department of E-Government Infrastructure Development of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, Igor Norenkov, Minister of Economic Development and Investment of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Elena Klimenko, Deputy Head of the Main Control Department of Moscow city. On the part of the Republic of Tatarstan, the conference was attended by Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic Natalia Kondratova and co-author of the "Proven Business" project Albina Gazizullina.

Alexander Litvak in his report announced the results and noted the scale of the work done in 2020. Thus, 132 types of state control (supervision) participated in the regulatory guillotine, about 12 thousand acts were canceled, of which about 9 thousand acts of the Soviet period, 447 acts were adopted instead, 108 of them government and 339 departmental acts. All acts were evaluated by the regulatory impact.

Natalia Kondratova made a report on the implementation and functioning of the "Proven Business" portal. In her report, the Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic noted that the key task of the project is to reduce administrative pressure on small businesses, prevent violations of the requirements of regulatory authorities and promote self-employment. The project provides an opportunity to receive free information and advice on the current legal framework in the field of entrepreneurship and supervisory requirements, including expert explanations and instructions in these areas.
