Subjects of sales promotion and competition development were discussed at the meeting of the working group in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan

The work of the Republican Marketing Center and the development of competition in the region were discussed by members of the working group on ensuring the sustainable development of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of a weekly meeting via videoconference.

The first item on the agenda was a tool to promote products sales of Tatarstan manufacturers – the Republican Marketing Center. As part of the order of President Rustam Minnikhanov, work is being carried out to achieve the indicators in the resources of the Republican Marketing Center for the sale of products of local entrepreneurs in municipalities.

The functionality of the Center is aimed at ensuring uninterrupted sales of products of Tatarstan entrepreneurs. It also promotes the development of a competitive environment that provides income from deliveries to as many entrepreneurs as possible, allowing them to purchase on equal terms with sustainably profitable partners.

In general, over the past 5 months of this year, about 2.5 thousand Tatarstan suppliers – SMEs, using the advantages of the resources of this digital tool, received revenue in the amount of 37.5 billion rubles.

For the same period in 2020, the revenue of 2.5 thousand Tatarstan entrepreneurs amounted to 36.8 billion rubles, which is 700 million rubles less than in the current year.

Another issue on the agenda of the working group meeting was the development of competition in the Republic of Tatarstan. The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan is the authorized body for promoting the development of competition in the Republic. As part of the activities in this direction, Tatarstan has approved a Roadmap to promote the development of competition.

Representatives of the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Republican Agency for Press and Mass Communications "Tatmedia", the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan presented reports with proposals on this block.
