The Ministry of Economy starts accepting applications from businesses under the programs of subsidizing the interest rate and payment for delivery services

The State Institution "Center for the Implementation of Programs for the Support and Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan", subordinate to the Ministry of Economy, begins accepting applications from businesses to participate in programs to subsidize the interest rate on existing loans and 100% subsidize the costs associated with the payment of services for groceries and food delivery.

Let us recall that the programs demonstrated the demand from the business community. This year, based on the feedback from the business, it was decided to extend the implementation of these programs.

Under the interest rate subsidy program, the amount of funding is maintained at the level of last year – 100 million rubles. The program is targeted and allows one to support entrepreneurs from the real sector of the economy – there are two categories of recipients:

Category I: SME engaged in the main activities in agriculture, manufacturing and construction (the amount of the subsidy is up to 2 million rubles);

Category II: management companies and residents of industrial parks; export-oriented SME entities; SME entities included in the investment memorandum of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2020-2022; SME entities whose loan agreement is aimed at implementing investment projects (the subsidy amount is up to 5 million rubles).

As for the program of subsidizing the costs associated with the payment of services of groceries and food delivery, it was highly in demand during the pandemic and restrictive measures, when the catering business was forced to sell products to end customers, resorting to the services of aggregators.

In connection with the preservation of a number of restrictions and the request from the entrepreneurs of the catering sector – the subjects of SMEs can count on compensation for the costs associated with the payment of services (commissions) of delivery services for the period from 01.10.2020 to 30.11.2021. Due to the demand for the program, its budget has also been significantly increased to 42 million rubles.

To receive a subsidy, one has to have a contract for the placement of goods and services on the delivery of groceries and food services, accredited by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – Yandex.Food and Delivery Club. 

Also, to interact with businesses in the online space, the Ministry of Economy has launched a chatbot in Telegram (@subsidii_pkm_bot), which will prompt a list of necessary documents and explain all the requirements for forming an application for a subsidy. If the entrepreneur has already received a subsidy, he will remind about the submission of the report. Thus, with the help of a chatbot, business representatives will be able to get a free consultation online, without queues at any convenient time. 

Applications are accepted by the Center, starting from June 11, 2021, from Monday to Thursday from 9.00 to 18.00, on Friday from 9.00 to 16.45, at the address: Kazan, Moskovskaya str., 55.
