Nizhny Novgorod region has signed an agreement on the replication of the digital solution of the Republic of Tatarstan
The Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Republic of Tatarstan signed a cooperation agreement during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, which provides for the exchange of successful management practices. The first stage of the joint work will be the replication of the digital solution developed and tested in Tatarstan to support the business – the FASTTREK.RF portal.
FASTTRACK.RF has established itself as an effective tool for reducing the time frame for providing state support measures to small and medium-sized businesses. A unique solution for Russia was developed and launched in Tatarstan in 2019.
The portal translates communications between business and the state into an interactive online mode which allows one to significantly save time for interacting parties and completely eliminates queues. The portal operates in a "single window" format: one can submit an application and track the progress of its execution remotely in the user's "Personal Account", the resource contains all the support measures in force in the regions.
"FASTTRACK.RF allowed removing bureaucratic barriers. All financial support measures offered to entrepreneurs are available at a "click" distance. It is important for us that the development is implemented by neighboring regions of the Russian Federation. For our part, we are also ready to adopt relevant practices, the exchange of which contributes to the strengthening of partnership relations and the creation of homogeneous conditions for business development throughout the country," said the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov.
He also added that the digital service provided uninterrupted provision of public services during the period of restrictive measures caused by the pandemic, while excluding face-to-face contacts between the interacting parties. In 2020, 90% of applications for attracting microfinance for a total amount of about 1 billion rubles were issued by the business of the Republic of Tatarstan online through the FASTTRACK portal.
"The terms of providing financial support to the business from the moment of submitting the application to the receipt of funds to the current account of the entrepreneur – through the FASTTRACK.RF portal were reduced to a few hours. In the context of the pandemic and the need for a rapid response to business requests, this was especially important," concluded Shagiakhmetov.
"In the future, we plan to create an online portal for comprehensive and operational support for SME. For its basis in the Nizhny Novgorod region, we will take the functionality of the FASTTRACK.RF platform, which was created and is already being used by the government of the Republic of Tatarstan," said the Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Gleb Nikitin.
He also noted that the Nizhny Novgorod Region is also a donor of best practices. Earlier, Tatarstan adopted the practice of implementing the state information system for urban planning activities (SISUPA) from the region, due to which it is possible to digitize almost the entire volume of urban planning documentation at the level of the federal member state.
