The monograph of a young scientist from Kazan was recognized as the best in the All-Russian competition

The practical work of Alisa Shakirova, young scientist from Kazan – "The effectiveness of social protection of the population as one of the factors of improving the quality of life" was among the winners in the All-Russian competition named after N. I. Kareev. The competition is held by the Faculty of Sociology and the Higher School of Modern Social Sciences of the Lomonosov Moscow State University. The goal is to develop the creative activity of young scientists, to involve them in solving urgent problems of modern sociology, to preserve and develop the unified scientific and educational space of Russia.

In the monograph, the author presents an integral model of evaluating the effectiveness of the functioning of the institute of social protection of the population, which was tested in the course of a series of empirical studies. The complexity of the model is achieved by analyzing the temporal and spatial aspects of assessing the functioning of the institution under consideration.

Alisa Shakirova is a research associate of the State Budgetary Institution "Center for Advanced Economic Research of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan", which is a subordinate institution of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the organization is engaged in research activities. Her monograph was recognized as the best in the category "Best scientific and practical work among young scientists". The data presented in the monograph can be used for secondary analysis in the study of the effectiveness of social protection of the population.
