The first meeting of the Board of Directors of Kazanorgsintez, PAO was held

The first meeting of the Board of Directors of Kazanorgsintez, PAO in the new composition, elected at the annual General Meeting of shareholders of the company, was held this week. 

The event was held in the format via videoconference, it was attended by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov, who is a member of the Board of Directors of the enterprise. 

The agenda of the first meeting included seven issues related to the composition of the Council, the election of the Executive Directorate and further work plans. 

In particular, the Council elected the Chairman – R. Shigabutdinov, the Executive Directorate, and appointed the Secretary.
In addition, the meeting discussed the issue of distribution of the management of the main activities of Kazanorgsintez, PAO among the members of the Board of Directors and assigning them responsible managers from the executive bodies of the enterprise.
