By the end of 2021, self-employed citizens will have the opportunity to apply for a preferential loan using the unified portal of public services. The order was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
That entails citizens who pay self-employment tax. They have access to loans of up to 1 million rubles for up to three years (without pledged collateral) or from 1 million rubles to 5 million rubles for up to five years (if there is pledged collateral). The rate is 7.5%. AO MSP Bank makes issues of such loans.
The order makes other changes to the list of public services that can be obtained through a single portal. These include applying for preferential leasing financing for small businesses. Since 2017, individual entrepreneurs and small commercial organizations can rent equipment on favorable terms. For those who rent domestic equipment, the rate is 6% per annum, imported – 8%. The lease term is up to seven years. Such benefits allow companies to expand or modernize production without unnecessary costs.
Citizens will be able to get an extract from the registrar of financial transactions on the portal of public services as well. This document confirms the presence of a deposit in a particular bank and is necessary in order to receive insurance payments in the event of bankruptcy of a financial institution.
Other services included in the updated list include the provision of information from the state register of pawnshops, the register of investment platform operators, and the state register of microfinance organizations.
The topic was discussed at a meeting with the deputy prime ministers on March 29. According to Mikhail Mishustin, all these changes will significantly simplify and speed up the receipt of public services.
