Rustem Sibgatullin expressed gratitude to the SME Corporation for joint fruitful work in the development of entrepreneurship in Tatarstan

First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Sibgatullin expressed gratitude to the SME Corporation for joint fruitful work in the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Tatarstan during the free training seminar dedicated to raising business and self-employed citizens awareness about the purchases of the largest customers, as well as about the support measures provided by the state. 

Sibgatullin also stressed that in order to increase the share of purchases from businesses, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan monitors the plans of the largest customers of the republic for the implementation of at least 18% of purchases from the total number of SME.

It is worth noting that in 2020, the number of the largest customers of the Republic of Tatarstan increased by 4 organizations and today is 17 – this is the largest number of regional customers in the Privolzhsky Federal District. These include the following companies:

3. AO Network Company,
4. AO Tatavtodor,
5. AO Tatspirtprom,
6. AO Tathimpharmparaty,
7. AO Department of Food and Social Nutrition of Kazan,
8. AO Republican Agro-Industrial Center of Investments and Innovations,
9. PAO Tattelecom,
10. AO TATMEDIA,
11. AO Tatagroleasing,
12. OOO Energoprogress Engineering Center,
13. SAI RT Dispatch Center of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan,
14. SAEI FVE IRO RT,
15.  SAI IT-park,
16. SAHCI Nizhnekamsk Central District Multidisciplinary Hospital,
17. AO Management of capital construction of engineering networks and Development of Energy-saving Technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Over the past year, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan reviewed and approved about 500 draft procurement plans of the above-mentioned customers, while more than half (54.6%) of purchases were made from SME in the amount of 28.2 billion rubles.

"We do not stop there and in order to ensure the maximum competitive participation of business in electronic bidding, we have created and actively use the resources of the only selected regional platform of the federal level of the Russian Federation (the remaining 7 in Moscow), as well as the Republican Marketing Center, which includes a number of information systems that allow one to access the purchases of the largest companies and state and municipal orders," the Deputy minister stressed.

The seminar was also attended by representatives of the country's largest customers: PAO Rostelecom, PAO Rosselkhozbank, Avtodor State Company, Supply Service Center, PAO Sberbank, OAO Russian Railways, PAO Aeroflot, PAO Transneft-Prikamie, Rosatom State Corporation. In their speeches, they focused on the procedure and features of purchasing participation, considered in detail the key points of companies purchasing activities, and answered questions from the participants of the seminar.

Representatives of electronic trading platforms (ETP): OOO ETP GPB, AO TEK-Torg, AO AGZ RT, AO Sberbank-AST, OOO RTS-tender, ETP RAD acquainted the participants of the seminar with the possibilities of working on ETP, with popular services for suppliers, told about the typical mistakes made by procurement participants when submitting applications for ETP.
