Rosreestr of Tatarstan and the Entrepreneurship Support Fund invite business representatives to a webinar on real estate registration

Rosreestr management for the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Entrepreneurship Support Fund continue to conduct a series of free webinars on real estate registration for small and medium-sized businesses. The next online lesson will take place this Thursday – March 18 at 15.00.  

The following key topics will be covered during the event:

✔ The specifics of the state registration of real estate lease and the agreement on the transfer of rights and obligations under the lease agreement.

✔Is the state registration of the lease agreement concluded for an indefinite period for real estate and the agreement on the transfer of rights and obligations under the lease agreement by the new tenant required?

✔The need for cadastral registration of a part of the real estate object for the state registration of the lease agreement for this part.

Explanations on the designated topics will be given by the expert of the Rosreestr of Tatarstan Albina Magsumova. Participants of the webinar have the opportunity to ask their questions about real estate registration in real time.
