"Proven business" Tatarstan practice replicated in Mordovia

2 March 2021, Tuesday

The Internet resource on interaction between business and supervisory authorities "Proven Business", implemented with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, is replicated in Mordovia. The practice of Tatarstan, which allows businesses to avoid mistakes when interacting with supervisory authorities and minimize the negative consequences of inspections, is already widely known outside the republic – the Nizhny Novgorod, Belgorod regions, and now the Republic of Mordovia have introduced the practice in their regions.

Thanks to the "Proven Business", entrepreneurs of Mordovia will be able to improve their "supervisory" literacy online for free, independently pass a pre-verification audit and get recommendations on the types of control and supervisory checks.

Worth reminding that the main content of the site is the memos about typical violations of entrepreneurs, which are identified by the supervisory authorities, grouped by all types of business activities. The portal also contains a practical guide on how to prevent violations of supervisory requirements and is a tool for promptly informing business about the current norms of supervisory legislation in Russia, improving the legal literacy of entrepreneurs.

The portal has already proved its relevance – the total number of requests to the site's useful knowledge base of provbiz.ru since the launch, has exceeded 220 thousand. At the same time, the share of visitors from the Republic of Tatarstan accounts for less than 30%, the rest – from other regions of Russia, the CIS and foreign countries.

In addition, within the framework of "Strong Ideas for a New Time" Forum, the project was selected as one of the best practices out of about 15 thousand ideas for the development of the economy, social and technological spheres received from all regions of Russia and presented to the country's leadership. The President of the Russian Federation supported the republican development, noting its consistency with the work that is being carried out at the federal level in the field of control and supervisory activities.

Further development of the "Proven Business" project and its replication in other regions of Russia will reduce administrative pressure on small businesses, improve the legal literacy of the business community, and also contribute to the ongoing reform of control and supervisory activities.
