The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan will hold a strategic session on the development of e-commerce

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Entrepreneurship Support Fund and the Entrepreneurship Factory, will hold a strategic session on the development of e-commerce in the republic and the involvement of entrepreneurs and self-employed citizens in it.

The training event will be held today via Zoom video conference from 15:00 – 18:00 Moscow time. The session will be opened by the First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan R. Sibgatullin and Commissioner for protection of entrepreneurs' rights - aide to RT President F. Abdulganiev.

Moderators and experts will gather in the Entrepreneur's House to give feedback to entrepreneurs and self-employed people of the Republic concerning their questions about working on marketplaces, to reveal the tools of existing measures to support small and medium-sized businesses on operation on marketplaces, as well as to form proposals taking into account the current economic situation and existing problems identified during the session on operation on marketplaces.

The event will be moderated by M.Kuznetsov who is the founder of Tolstoywear, a public representative of the business ombudsman of Tatarstan, a deputy of the Kazan City Duma, the head of the Party of Growth, and M.Martynov – Head of the Development Department of the official service partner alibaba.com in Russia, PAL, OOO. The self-employed, representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, representatives of marketplaces are invited to be participants of the event.

According to the concept of the event, the strategic session will be held in the format of 4 round tables to discuss problematic issues and develop measures to support the development of e-commerce with the participation of marketplaces representatives.
