President of Tatarstan signed a law on amendments to the patent taxation system

President Rustam Minnikhanov today signed the Law on Amendments to the Law “On Patent Taxation System”. The document was published on the official website of the head of the republic.

The law comes into force after one month from the date of official publication, but not earlier than the first day of the next tax period for the tax paid in connection with the application of the patent taxation system, i.e. February 1, 2021.

On December 23, the corresponding changes were submitted to the RT deputies for consideration by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov. According to the results of votes of the deputies of the State Council, the initiative of the Minister of Economy was adopted unanimously.
