Sustainable economic development was discussed at the weekly videoconferencing meeting at the Ministry of Economy

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a traditional meeting of the working group on implementation of the republican plan to ensure sustainable development of the economy with participation of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the videoconferencing regime.

Before joining the agenda, it was noted that the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the first time posted the Unified Register of Small and Medium Enterprises - the recipients of support, which was created jointly with the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. It contains information on more than 4 million cases of support provided to SMEs and self-employed citizens of the country in 2019-2020.

Also, the Government of the Russian Federation signed a decree No. 2152, according to which it will be easier for novice agricultural producers to receive grants from Agrostartup. In particular, the requirements for job creation are being simplified. Now the head of the farm will be able to receive up to 2 million rubles, even if he works alone, and over 2 million rubles - if he attracts another, new employee.

In addition, the initiative of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation to establish an export customs duty rate for waste and scrap of ferrous metals at 5%, but not less than 45 euros per 1 ton, was supported at a meeting of the Subcommittee on Customs Tariff and Non-Tariff Regulation, Protective Measures in Foreign Trade of the Government Commission for Economic Development and Integration. This decision, among other things, is aimed at preventing the growth of prices for construction materials, as well as industrial metal products, which are used in the automotive industry, pipe production.

As well as on the initiative of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, a decision to establish the export customs duty rate for soybeans at 30%, but not less 165 euros for 1 ton, was made at a meeting of the Subcommittee on Customs Tariff and Non-Tariff Regulation, Protective Measures in Foreign Trade of the Government Commission for Economic Development and Integration. This measure is introduced for the period from February 1 to June 30, 2021 inclusive. It is due to the rise in world prices for these products and is aimed at providing raw materials for processing industries within the country. The decision is taken to prevent the growth of prices for soybean processing products - soybean oil and soybean meal used in the food industry.

The annual press conference of the President of the Russian Federation took place last week. The Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation approved the list of instructions following the press conference. One of the instructions concerns small and medium-sized businesses and the self-employed. The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, the Ministry of Finance of Russia, together with the Federal Tax Service of Russia, were instructed to ensure monitoring of the financial condition and the state of settlements with the budget of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as self-employed citizens. If negative scenarios for the development of the situation are identified, they must promptly report this to the Government of the Russian Federation, if necessary - with the draft of the relevant regulatory legal acts.

On the agenda, reports were heard today from Almetyevskiy, Elabugskiy, Laishevskiy, Leninogorskiy, Mamadyshskiy and Nizhnekamskiy municipal regions on problems and risks in ensuring the achievement of the predicted indicators for 2021.

On Thursday, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan are scheduled to speak about the situation on prices in the market of construction materials, the cities of Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny - on transition of entrepreneurs from UTII to other taxation regimes, Aznakayevskiy, Vysokogorskiy, Kukmorskiy, Menzelinskiy, Muslyumovskiy and Novosheshminskiy regions - on problems and risks of ensuring the achievement of predicted indicators for 2021.
