Midkhat Shagiakhmetov took part in the meeting of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan

The final meeting of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2020 was held today by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The event took place at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov took part in the work.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the implementation of 12 investment projects. The Zelenaya Dacha company plans to build a production and warehouse complex for packing and processing vegetables and fruits in the Republic of Tatarstan. It is planned to create 54 new jobs. Zelenodolskiy region was chosen as the location for the new production.

TK Trans Trade presented a project to organize the production of plastic windows in the Zelenodolskiy region. The company has been manufacturing PVC and aluminum window products for 11 years. Today more than 700 employees are employed in the production. The creation of a new production site will add more than 300 jobs.

The Sozvezdie company asked for support in implementation of the project for the construction of the Manzara-Mall shopping center in Zelenodolsk.

The investment project of the Tomo 2020 company involves the creation of a radiation therapy center on the basis of the Republican Children's Clinical Hospital of the Republic of Tatarstan on the basis of a public-private partnership. More than 5,500 children from all over the Volga Federal District will receive treatment in the first regional children's center for radiation therapy.

The Head of Zar Gallery, Limited Liability Company, reported on creation of the topical cultural and leisure fair complex “Russian Fairs”. The project involves the creation in Naberezhnye Chelny of a stylized cultural and leisure fair complex for 500 towers, included in the all-Russian network of year-round fairs, united by an IT platform under a single brand “Russian Fair”.

Darletto company intends to expand production capacity in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny. It is planned to implement the project of the second stage of the plant for the production of jams and confectionery products and to establish the production of wafer cookies.

Ammoniy Agrotekhnologii company presented a project to create a plant growing enterprise in the Mendeleyevskiy region. The investments will serve to organize production in the amount of 17 thousand tons of crop products (wheat, barley, legumes, rapeseed).

The project for the construction of a milk processing plant with the production of semi-hard cheeses and drying of dairy products was presented by the Head of Apastovskiy Dairy Plant. The project is aimed at creating a production facility with a capacity of up to 40 tons/day of semi-hard cheeses and milk whey up to 23 tons/day. This is 12.6 thousand tons/year of finished products.

A new elevator is planned to be built in Chistopol. The initiator of the project is the Bio-Agro group of companies. In order to optimize costs, as well as to fully control the quality of the production cycle for sowing grain, the management of the group of companies decided to build their own elevator with a total storage capacity of 27 thousand cubic meters. As part of the project, such services will be provided as acceptance and shipment, cleaning and drying, grain storage.

The second project, presented by the Bio-Agro group of companies, is the construction of a grain terminal in Chistopol with a storage capacity of 10 thousand tons. As part of the project, the following services will be provided: grain processing services, including primary and secondary cleaning, grain handling services and additional services, such as disinsection of grain storages and ship holds, laboratory research, customs procedures, etc.

Also, the participants of the Investment Council considered the implementation of two projects to complete the construction of problematic multi-storey residential buildings in Naberezhnye Chelny.

The members of the Investment Council supported all projects presented.
