The Unified Crediting Center (hereinafter - UCC), created in September 2018 on the basis of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, assisted in attracting debt financing for the Tatarstan business in the amount of 2.73 billion rubles.

The Unified Crediting Center is a unique institution that allows entrepreneurs to quickly online apply for attracting debt financing in a lending institution chosen by the entrepreneur.

Within the framework of the UCC, business is provided free of charge advice in choosing a loan product, assistance in collecting documents, and if there is insufficient collateral for the transaction, the entrepreneur is informed about the possibility of using the Fund's surety.

A Unified Crediting Center, like the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, works today with practically all banks represented in Tatarstan. These are 43 financial organizations, as well as 4 leasing companies and 4 specialized funds, in particular the Industrial Development Fund, the Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Single-Industry Towns Development Fund, Non-Profit Organization “Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

The center's specialists are attentive to the entrepreneur's business plans, choosing the most suitable financial institution with an optimal lending program. The percentage of approval of applications for financing, drawn up jointly with the UCC specialists, exceeded 25%, which is a fairly high conversion, given the circumstances that many of the entrepreneurs who use the services of the Center have already received refusals from banks earlier.

In addition, the project was included in the list of finalists in the All-Russian competition of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, aimed at identifying the best socio-economic practices for the development of the country's constituent entities, in the Business Support and Export Development nomination.
