Achievement of the main parameters of the macroeconomic forecast was discussed at the weekly meeting

The Ministry of Economy hosted a weekly meeting of the working group on implementation of the Action Plan to ensure the sustainable development of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan amid a worsening situation due to the spread of a new coronavirus infection, volatility in oil prices and the dollar exchange rate.

The meeting participants discussed measures to support business and citizens.

Prior to passing to the agenda, it was noted that on December 5, the submission of information to the register of SMEs - recipients of support for October and November 2020 was completed. Further, the information must be entered into the register on an ongoing basis no later than a month after providing support to the entrepreneur. Since 2020, information for inclusion in the register is submitted by federal and regional executive bodies, local governments, organizations that form the infrastructure for supporting small and medium-sized businesses.

It was also noted that on December 1, meeting on the strategic development of the oil and gas chemical industry was held chaired by the President of the Russian Federation, following which a number of instructions were given to improve the situation in the industry and stimulate the development of the Russian economy.

Among them, preparation of a set of measures to develop the production of small and medium-sized chemical products in Russia for the period up to 2030, development of a set of measures, including tax ones, to stimulate the production of synthetic rubbers, development of tax and non-tax incentives for the use and production of secondary polymers.

As part of consideration of the first issue on the agenda, the report of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan on measures to achieve the forecast indicators in the subordinate sectors was heard.

As part of consideration of the second issue, it was noted that it is necessary to strengthen the work on transition of UTII payers to other taxation regimes. The reports of representatives of Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny were heard on this topic.

On the same day, the hearing of municipalities on measures to achieve the forecast indicators for 2021 started. Verkhneuslonskiy, Zelenodolskiy and Zainskiy regions presented their reports.
