Tatarstan shared with other regions its experience in reducing the administrative barrier to business

Bashkortostan, Crimea, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug and Sakhalin Oblast studied the experience of Tatarstan in reducing the administrative barrier to business. The Republican Internet resource “Verified Business” was presented as part of the online session of the platform for the exchange of successful practices “Smartek” in Crimea.

Director of the Center for Best Practices of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) Ilya Mamykin noted the importance of the chosen topic in modern conditions. He emphasized that getting the practices on Smartek is only the beginning of the path, followed by the replication of the project.

The practice of the Republic of Tatarstan “Verified Business” within the online session received the greatest response from the speakers. The project is aimed at reducing typical violations of the law by entrepreneurs and financial burden on small businesses in the form of fines.

It should be noted that the practice of Tatarstan “Verified Business” was supported by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin at the forum of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives “Strong Ideas for the New Time”. The practice is hosted on the Smarteka platform. The Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea Dmitry Sheryako also expressed a desire to introduce this practice.
