More than 13 thousand calls have been received on the business support hotline since the beginning of the year

About 50 calls a day are received by the business support hotline. Calls by phone (843) 524-90-90 are accepted by specialists of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. Since the beginning of 2020, employees have conducted more than 13,000 phone consultations. Consulting support is provided within the framework of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives”.

Most often, entrepreneurs seek advice on government support measures. In connection with the pandemic, the most pressing issues have become: obtaining subsidies, preferential microloans, obtaining guarantees, registering as self-employment, entering online markets.

In addition, requests from entrepreneurs are also received through the ФАСТТРЕК.РФ portal, which is a unique republican project. It was created to facilitate access for entrepreneurs to support measures and interaction with government agencies in the online space.

All requests are processed by specialists of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund and are taken into account when developing support measures and information materials for business.
