30 franchises on preferential terms are available for entrepreneurs from single-industry towns of Tatarstan

The МОНОГОРОДА.РФ Foundation together with the Russian Franchising Association propose a list of franchises on preferential terms for creating and running a business in single-industry towns. In total, 30 such franchises are available to entrepreneurs of Tatarstan today.

In particular, among the companies: the Baskin Robbins ice cream cafe chain, Subway restaurants, Sweet baby swim family swimming centers, the GET English international network of English schools and many others.

Special conditions for preferential franchises for entrepreneurs from single-industry towns include a reduction in the lump-sum fee, royalties, and the possibility of implementing the project in a mini-format.

Let us note that an entrepreneur purchasing a franchise is provided not only with a popular brand, but also with a detailed business development scheme.

The list of preferential franchises for businesses from single-industry towns was proposed by the Foundation and the Franchising Association within the framework of the “Place of Attraction” project. The project involves the creation of event centers in single-industry towns for residents and guests of the city with the maximum concentration of SMEs. The main task of the project is to “revitalize” public spaces with the help of businesses: cafes, restaurants, craft workshops, souvenir shops.

To involve businesses in the Place of Attraction project, the Single-Industry Towns Development Fund is also ready to issue soft loans at 0% per annum from 5 to 250 million rubles secured by a bank guarantee and/or a guarantee from VEB.RF and/or the SME Corporation. The cost of the guarantee of the SME Corporation is 0.75% per annum.
