Tatarstan furniture manufacturer received 2.4 million rubles to support export activities

The Entrepreneurship Support Fund began issuing the first microloans under the “Development” program, which was included in the second package of business support measures.

The microfinance product “Development” was developed by the Ministry of Economy specifically for export-oriented SMEs. According to the terms of the program for this group of recipients, the purpose of the loan should be the implementation of export activities. An entity can receive a microloan in the amount of 1 to 5 million rubles with a loan term of 3 to 24 months at an interest equal to half of the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

Megan company from Zelenodolsk took advantage of this opportunity. The company is engaged in production of furniture and components. The company is included in the register of export-oriented enterprises and sells its products to Poland, Lithuania, Slovakia and other countries, supplying, among other things, components for the production of furniture to IKEA.

The enterprise received financial support in the amount of 2.4 million rubles for a period of 24 months for the further modernization of the existing equipment and the purchase of new equipment.

Loan applications were submitted through the ФАСТТРЕК.РФ portal, like most microfinance applications received by the Entrepreneurship Support Fund. The portal is a tool for quick access to measures to support small and medium-sized businesses in Tatarstan and operates in a “single window” format.

In addition, Tatarstan exporters can get assistance in preparation and translation into foreign languages ​​of presentation and other materials. Assistance in bringing products in line with the requirements necessary for the export of goods and placement on international electronic trading platforms. Export-oriented business representatives can get advice on business issues through the involvement of third-party specialized experts, support in participating in exhibitions and fairs in the Russian Federation and abroad, and other services provided by the Export Support Center subordinate to the Ministry of Economy.
