The best exporters were determined in Tatarstan
The best exporters of Tatarstan at the end of 2019 were selected last week in Kazan. The winners in 11 nominations were determined within the framework of the “Exporter of the Year” competition among representatives of small and medium-sized businesses.
The event is being held by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Entrepreneurship Support Fund for the third year in a row within the framework of the national project “Small and Medium Business and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives”. The annual “Exporter of the Year” competition is a republican initiative aimed at identifying leaders in export activities among small and medium-sized businesses and promoting the best experience and practice in foreign economic activity.
Today, export activities are considered as one of the main drivers of sustainability and economic growth. Despite the unstable situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the export activity of Russian companies remains quite high, and creation of conditions for conducting export activities is included in the implementation of national projects at both the federal and republican levels.
The winners were announced in 11 nominations; at the end of 2019, they signed export contracts for a total amount of 1,496.4 billion rubles:
- The best exporting company in the field of industry – NPP Plant of fiberglass pipes, OOO;
- The best exporting company in the service sector - Parcel Service Group, LTD;
- The best exporting company in the field of international cooperation - Laverna Global, OOO;
- The best exporting company in the field of the agro-industrial complex - Integral Plus OOO;
- The best exporting company in the field of high technologies - Innovative Technologies, OOO;
- The best exporting company to the CIS countries - Edje Group, OOO;
- The best exporting company to non-CIS countries – Tris, OOO;
- The best exporting company in terms of development dynamics – Wintercom, OOO;
- The best exporting company with the longest export history - NPP Proma OOO;
- The best exporting company with the most extensive export geography - Arsenal OOO;
- Breakthrough of the year – Tri krovatki group, OOO.
The winners were awarded with diplomas and commemorative statuettes. In addition, they are granted the right to use the emblem of the competition as an indicator confirming the high quality of products and services they provide.
