Experience of Tatarstan in implementing projects in the social sphere can be replicated throughout Russia

Implementation of projects in the field of healthcare by Tatarstan social entrepreneurs was discussed today in Kazan. General Director of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives Svetlana Chupsheva met with representatives of non-profit organizations of the region. The meeting took place in the Boiling Point development space located in the IT park of Kazan. The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov.

Within the framework of the meeting, the best practices were presented, aimed at obtaining medical care by the population, obtaining technical means of rehabilitation for people with disabilities.

In particular, they considered the projects for the free provision of remote medical consultations by physicians and doctors of narrow specialties for residents, the Family Hotel project, aimed at supporting families whose children are being treated in the DRKB, a project for organizing the stay of cancer patients in the Kazan hospice and other practices in the field of public health.

It was noted that these initiatives may be of particular interest in the course of the pilot testing of mechanisms of the National Social Initiative in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Now ASI Agency is working to identify the best management practices in the social sphere. It is planned that work for each life situation will be organized according to the unified methodology of the National Social Initiative, including conducting focus groups with citizens, analyzing life situations and business processes with experts, forming and describing target client paths and processes, developing federal and regional regulation, implementation of best practices.

As part of the business visit, Svetlana Chupsheva visited the DRKB and got acquainted with implementation of state programs and projects in the health sector.

It should be noted that this year Tatarstan entered the number of leading regions in terms of the activity of supporting non-profit organizations in the rating of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, taking the second line. The rating took into account the implementation of support mechanisms for SONPO and social entrepreneurship for 2019 in all regions of the country.
