“Subsidizing the interest rate” program for entrepreneurs was launched in Tatarstan
The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan has launched a program of support for entrepreneurs on “Subsidizing the interest rate”, which was included in an additional package of measures aimed at restoring and reviving the republic's economy. The acceptance of applications for the program approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 875 dated September 28, 2020 starts from October 1, 2020.
The measure is designed for the widest possible audience of entrepreneurs. The recipients of support can be organizations from the real sector of economy operating in the sectors of agriculture, forestry, manufacturing, construction, information and communications, as well as in other sectors of the economy. In addition, the subsidies can be received by residents and management companies of industrial parks, export-oriented small and medium-sized businesses, as well as entrepreneurs who have loans in their portfolio for investment purposes.
Under the terms of the program, the purpose of subsidized loan should be the replenishment of working capital or the acquisition of fixed assets, construction (reconstruction) of engineering infrastructure or industrial buildings, structures, and implementation of investment projects. Entrepreneurs who meet conditions of the program will be reimbursed all interest paid by them on loans for the period from January 01, 2020 to November 30, 2020 with the maximum subsidy amount of 5 million rubles.
To receive a subsidy, you must have a valid loan agreement. Applications are accepted by the State Institution “Center for Implementation of Programs for Support and Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan” from October 1, 2020, from Monday to Thursday from 9.00 to 18.00, on Friday from 9.00 to 16.45, at the address: Kazan, Moskovskaya str., 55, office 521.
