On September 22, the Ministry of Economy hosted a meeting of the working group on implementation of the Action Plan to ensure sustainable development of the republic's economy, chaired by Indira Kireyeva. During the meeting, issues of macro-forecasting and development of industrial infrastructure facilities were touched upon.
Prior to passing to the agenda, the Deputy Minister said that last week, by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 839 dated September 17, 2020, the main parameters of the forecast of the socio-economic development of Tatarstan for 2021-2023 were approved. Also, the Prime Minister of the republic announced the tasks within the framework of economic parameters planned for 2021 for the growth of GRP at the level of 103.9%, IPP - 105.2%, investments in fixed assets - at the level of 104.5%. Pesoshin has set the task of both preserving and increasing the economic potential of the republic, which will require further consolidation of efforts of authorities and business to stabilize and develop industry, create high-tech industries and new jobs. In addition, the task was voiced to continue the search for new growth points. These issues will be taken into account, including within the framework of the meetings of the relevant working group.
Another issue discussed during the meeting was infrastructure support for business, which plays one of the main roles in revitalizing the economy and restoring business activity. 100 industrial infrastructure facilities have been created in the republic, and the priority task for the coming years, voiced in the Address of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan to the State Council, is to improve the efficiency of industrial infrastructure facilities. Representatives of 4 districts of Tatarstan made reports on development of industrial parks and sites in municipal districts this week within the framework of the working group meeting.
