Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov visited the enterprises of the Kukmorskiy municipal district
Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov paid a working visit to Kukmorskiy district. As part of the trip, a number of meetings were held with the labor collectives of the municipality.
Accompanied by the Head of the district, Sergei Dmitriyev, the Minister visited one of the leading enterprises of the municipality, Kukmorsky Metal-ware Plant. The plant accounts for 55% of all shipped products of the district. Today, the number of employees of the plant totals more than 1,000 people; they produce 700 types of aluminum products for sale in the territory of the Russian Federation, the CIS, in the countries of near and far abroad.
The Minister of Economy discussed the enterprise's exit to the pre-crisis level with the General Director of the plant, Azat Zagidullin, and also met with the team, examined the production facilities, assessing the high-tech equipment of the enterprise. Despite the difficult economic situation, the volume of production of the enterprise increased by 4.5% and amounted to 1.6 billion rubles.
After that, as part of a working visit, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov met with one of the leaders in bakery products in the district, an Individual Entrepreneur Ramazan Yunusov. Over the long history of the enterprise, the entrepreneur has repeatedly received the state support necessary for expanding production, purchasing new equipment, transport and business development. Today, the entrepreneur needs financial support to complete repairs and purchase equipment. This issue, as well as, a number of issues in terms of land and property relations, are taken under the control of the Minister.
Also, the Minister of Economy visited a large production and logistics center for working with natural stone - Master and Stone Industry. Production in Kukmor was launched two years ago, which was facilitated by the investment environment created in the republic, favorable for development of small and medium-sized businesses, formed engineering infrastructure and a convenient logistics location. The Minister highly appreciated the production complex, equipped with modern precision equipment for stone processing and manufacture of turning and art products of varying complexity.
Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a meeting with the labor collective of the Kukmor sewing factory. During the pandemic, the factory managed to redesign its production for sewing protective masks. Since the beginning of the year, the enterprise has produced more than 300 thousand masks, more than 40 thousand masks have been sold to the population and organizations of the district. Orders for sewing masks for Tatneft and neighboring municipalities were completed. At the same time, it is worth noting the positive dynamics in terms of the volume of manufactured products by 27.2% over the same period last year. Today the enterprise is experiencing difficulties with the sale of civilian clothes.
Kukmor Felting Plant faced a similar problem. The Minister met with labor collective of the plant. The company produces felt of the highest quality; there are practically no analogues in Russia. The volume of production for 7 months of this year amounted to 115.4 million rubles, but the abnormally warm winter affected the activities of the plant, where they noted a decrease in demand for felted products.
In turn, the Ministry of Economy, together with the largest e-commerce sites, conducts training for entrepreneurs of the republic on placement and sale of products on the Internet. Another tool in stimulating demand, searching for new markets and sales channels for products is the Republican Marketing Center. The Ministry of Economy and the Agency for State Orders, on the basis of which the Center operates, also conduct weekly training webinars on the work of the RMC. The introduction of products to trading sites will stimulate the promotion of goods of Tatarstan manufacturers in the regional, Russian and international markets.
During the working visit, the industrial park “Kukmor” was also examined. In Kukmor, as one of the most dynamically developing municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, a comfortable environment has been created for the operation of industrial enterprises in the real sector of the economy. The industrial park is a territory specially organized for the location of new production facilities, provided with energy carriers, infrastructure, and the necessary administrative and legal conditions. The total area of the park is 36 hectares. The volume of investments attracted by residents amounted to 268.25 million rubles. Currently, 5 residents are located on the territory of the industrial park, and negotiations are underway to accommodate 4 more residents.
Tomorrow, the Minister of Economy will pay a working visit to the Drozhzhanovskiy municipal district.
