Graduates of the business management program “Adaptation Technologies: How to Survive and Grow”, launched by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the “Entrepreneurship Factory” in response to the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, presented their case studies based on the results of their training and shared their experience of introducing anti-crisis technologies in various sectors of the economy. The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov congratulated the graduates on successful completion of the course.

6 graduates of the program, using their own examples, shared their experience of implementing anti-crisis technologies in the field of agriculture, production and services. So, thanks to the course, entrepreneurs managed to attract investments, systematize the approach to doing business, increase profits, and get working mechanisms for promoting products. As a result of the speech, the participants received feedback from the expert commission, consisting of the Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, the founder of the “Entrepreneurship Factory” project Aidar Bulatov, the Vice-rector of the Kazan Federal University for economic and strategic development Marat Safiullin and business representatives. Within the framework of the event, the results of effectiveness of the program in the region, as well as an assessment of the general economic situation and the business climate in Tatarstan were summed up.

“It is valuable for us that there are entrepreneurs in the republic who, despite the difficulties, do not lose optimism, build new chains of interaction with clients, save jobs and find opportunities for the further development of their projects. Doing your own business is a really big job that deserves respect and comprehensive support. That is why it is so important for us that the joint program of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the “Entrepreneurship Factory” served as a support for entrepreneurs and a stage in the transformation of business”, the Minister said.

Let us recall, the program “Adaptation Technologies: How to Survive and Grow” was launched in Tatarstan on April 1, 2020. The project was created to quickly adapt entrepreneurs to crisis conditions and consisted of 25 online lessons, which were presented by representatives of regional and federal authorities, as well as top Russian companies (Wildberries, OZON, KPMG). Since the launch of the course, more than 52,000 business representatives of the republic have watched it. In turn, 625 representatives of small and medium-sized businesses were trained under the program. After completing the course, 66 people registered as self-employed, 10 graduates of the course became individual entrepreneurs, other graduates opened and registered their own business as a Limited Liability Company or a peasant farm.

Working in a well-coordinated connection between the state and business contributes to the introduction of such practices on an ongoing basis in the Republic of Tatarstan, which, of course, will contribute to the active scaling of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as the development of the country's economy.
