The Ministry of Economy and the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan “Tatarstan CSTI” announce acceptance of applications for participation in the events of the program for development of the intellectual property market

From 15 From July to 14 August 2020, a competitive selection of enterprises and organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan is announced in order to implement the event “Creation of a system for managing intellectual property rights of enterprises” of the subprogram “Development of the intellectual property market in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2016 – 2021” of the State program “Economic development and innovative economy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 – 2024” in 2020.

Within the framework of the event, work is envisaged to create an organizational, technical and regulatory framework for implementation of an automated system for managing intellectual property rights (SMIPR) for three republican enterprises at the expense of the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan.

SMIPR allows accumulating and providing convenient access to information on the intellectual property of an enterprise, as well as conducting an inventory and generating reporting documents on their use and commercialization. At present, the system is in trial operation and is being introduced into the production process at 14 enterprises of the republic.

The operator of the program and the executor of the event is the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan “Tatarstan CSTI”.
