On July 15, the implementation of a new support measure was launched for implementation of preventive and disinfecting measures for small and medium-sized businesses, whose activities involve close and long-term contact between staff and visitors (clients).
Subsidies will be provided to those organizations whose activities involve close and long-term contact between staff and visitors (clients), and, accordingly, significant costs for providing preventive measures.
The measure can be used by non-profit organizations operating in the field of additional education, in the physical culture and health sector, as well as organizing the hotel business, catering, providing household services (repair, laundry, dry cleaning, hairdressing and beauty salons), sanatorium and resort organizations.
About 11.5 thousand organizations and individual entrepreneurs with a total number of employees of about 33 thousand people can count on receiving direct gratuitous support in the republic. The subsidy is provided in 2020 as a one-time free of charge to cover part of the costs of prevention and disinfection related to ensuring sanitary and epidemiological requirements to prevent the spread of a new coronavirus infection.
The amount of the subsidy is defined as the amount of funds for expenses in order to carry out preventive and disinfection measures:
- initial in the amount of 15 thousand rubles;
- and current ones, calculated as the production of 6.5 thousand rubles multiplied by the number of employees in May 2020.
Individual entrepreneurs without hired workers, in turn, will receive subsidies in the amount of 15 thousand rubles.
To receive a subsidy, you must send an application in electronic form to the tax authority or through the personal account of the taxpayer, applications for subsidies are accepted starting from July 15 to August 15, 2020.
