Non-profit organizations may send their applications to the email address

The Federal Service for Supervision of Education and Science (ROSOBRNADZOR) has created an e-mail address for non-profit educational organizations (NPOs) that are not included in the registers of NPOs.

Appeals can be sent to the email address: Nko@obrnadzor.gov.ru.

Frequently asked questions include: searching for NPOs in the second registry, issuing an NPO license with one INN/ OGRN, updating a license when re-registering NPOs, not transferring data on NPOs to federal ROSOBRNADZOR by the regional ROSOBNADZOR.

Let us recall that the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has formed the first and second registers of non-profit organizations (NPOs). NPOs will be provided with additional support measures. The second register includes about 10,000 organizations.
