The Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) identified “100 best inventions” based on the analysis of the patent array in 2019 and the first half of 2020. The list of projects is available on the agency’s website. The top 100 inventions included 6 innovative solutions from the Republic of Tatarstan.
The authors were students and scientists of Kazan Federal University, Kazan State Power Engineering University, Kazan Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Innopolis University.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to detect genetic factors (genes) that determine the functioning of cell DNA structures, to investigate in vitro antitumor preparations on a multicomponent cell test system, to perform wide wavelength tuning of a source of single-photon states based on spontaneous parametric light scattering, to develop a system for stimulating the excitation of an autonomous synchronous generator included in the electrical complex, expand the functionality of a multifunctional automatic digital intelligent well, identify the most economical modes of cargo delivery by optimizing the parameters of an unmanned aerial vehicle for each flight.
The proposed inventions can be used in medicine, veterinary medicine, pharmacology, cell biology, nonlinear optics, quantum electronics, electrical engineering, and the oil industry.
An analysis of the array of patentable solutions clearly demonstrates the positive trend of patenting by domestic developers of high technology applied technologies that are a response to the demand and needs of specific sectors of the economy, noted on the website of Rospatent.
The implementation of innovative projects in Tatarstan is actively supported by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic. For innovators, training seminars, consultations on obtaining grant support are held.
In order to develop innovative activities and support intellectual property, the TatPatent platform (https://patentrt.ru/) was created in the republic, which combines a number of important areas - from project and patent offices to services for creating applications for contests and grants, and also assistance in the registration of intellectual property.
