More than 100 “One Percent” microloans were issued to Tatarstan entrepreneurs since the start of the program

More than 100 entrepreneurs of the Republic took advantage of the new support program - “One Percent” microloan. The total amount of financial support amounted to 107.7 million rubles. Credit funds were received by representatives of the construction, repair of machinery and equipment, food and non-food products.

The funds received will be used for the purchase of inventory and equipment, construction of facilities, repairs, replenishment of working capital, settlements with service providers, refinancing of existing loans, securing applications in tenders (auctions), covering the cash gap for the payment of salaries and deductions to funds. Implementation of business projects will be carried out in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Zelenodolskiy, Bugulminskiy, Nizhnekamskiy and other regions of the Republic.

Let us recall that a microloan at 1% is available for SMEs from industries not previously covered by federal measures and not included in the list of the most affected sectors. Nevertheless, these industries also felt the crisis impact, a prerequisite for the provision of a loan is a decrease in revenue by more than 30% compared to the average monthly revenue in 2019. The loan is provided by the Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan as part of a national project to support small and medium-sized enterprises.

The loan amount is from 100 thousand to 2 million rubles for a period of up to 3 years. The preferential rate will be valid for the first 6 months, after the rate will be increased. For those entrepreneurs who will ensure that employment remains at least 90% of the number relative to March 2020, the interest rate for the remaining period will be half the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, in other cases - in the amount of the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation at the date of conclusion of the contract. The lending mechanism also provides for the possibility of deferring repayment of the principal debt for a period of up to 6 months.
