Construction of the Saba industrial park was completed in Tatarstan

Construction of the Saba industrial park was completed in Tatarstan, 307.2 million rubles from the federal and republican budgets were allocated for the project, and private investment of 77.2 million rubles was attracted. The construction of the park was made possible thanks to the national project “Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Support for Entrepreneurial Initiative”, according to which it is necessary to provide preferential access for SMEs to production facilities and premises.

As part of the federal project “Acceleration of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises”, which is part of the national project to support SMEs, the construction of the Saba industrial park has been completed. For the construction of the park, 248.8 million rubles were allocated from the federal budget, 58.4 million rubles from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, and private investments in the amount of 77.2 million rubles were attracted.

Despite the current unstable economic conditions, the implementation of national projects is proceeding as planned. Financing made it possible to provide the industrial park with the necessary engineering infrastructure. The total area of ​​production premises ready for rent is 3,500 square meters. The constructed networks can provide the park with 4.5 MW of electricity with an increase of up to 5.5 MW, gas supply of 2.2 thousand cubic meters per hour and water supply of 1.5 thousand cubic meters per day.

Industrial parks in Tatarstan are objects of infrastructure support for entrepreneurs. For their residents, all conditions required for a comfortable opening and development of business were created - engineering networks were carried out, production facilities and a highway were built. Industrial infrastructure facilities contribute to the opening of new industries in the Republic that allow creating jobs, which is a priority today.

At present, 4 residents are operating in the park; 50 jobs have been created. In addition, cooperation agreements were signed with 5 enterprises, and land plots will be provided to them this year. It is planned that by 2024, 22 resident enterprises will be located in the Saba industrial park, and the number of jobs will reach up to 500.

Let us recall that on the occasion of the 100th Anniversary of the TASSR foundation, in accordance with the Address of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, 100 infrastructure facilities for the property support of entrepreneurship were created - industrial parks and sites.
