The Republican Marketing Center (RMC) was established on May 5, 2019. Over the year, more than 3,700 organizations received revenue through the procurement module of the Center. The concept of RMC's work involves the development of identified investment niches. Given the current economic situation, entrepreneurs have the opportunity to load their production, re-profile or start a new business from scratch, create jobs and intra-operational relations with full state support for such enterprises.
The center began to function a year ago as part of a project to create a system for promoting products manufactured in Tatarstan. This task was set by President Rustam Minnikhanov. The task is global and especially promising in view of the current economic situation. According to the concept, in Tatarstan, the opportunity should be formed to redirect local producers to investment niches not yet occupied or sectors in which products are produced outside the Republic. RMC’s procurement module is a tool for developing an honest competitive environment. It allows you to provide income from deliveries to as many entrepreneurs as possible, allowing them to purchase on an equal footing with partners who are steadily earning income.
So in 2019, more than 2,500 organizations received revenue through the Center. The total income amounted to 21.5 billion rubles. According to the “revenue per 10 thousand population” ratio, the leaders are Laishevskiy district, Kazan, Bugulminskiy district, Naberezhnye Chelny and Arskiy district. Whereas in 2019, according to statistics, the volume of goods imported from outside the Republic consumed in production amounted to 390.8 billion rubles.
In the first 4 months of this year, about 1,200 suppliers received revenue through RMCs for a total amount of 7 billion rubles. According to the “revenue per 10 thousand population” ratio, Kazan, Tukayevskiy district, Naberezhnye Chelny, Kukmorskiy and Zelenodolskiy districts are leading.
Today, more than 1,000 customers and 3,000 supplier enterprises work with the Republican Marketing Center. To increase the efficiency of the RMC’s work and stimulate intra-republican demand, the heads of branch ministries and municipalities are faced with the task of increasing the volume of orders at this site as soon as possible, which will allow them to master new investment niches. Given the current economic situation, entrepreneurs have the opportunity to load their production, re-profile or start a business from scratch, create new jobs and intra-operational relations.
In addition, at a weekly meeting with the President of the Republic, Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov recommended that the main tariff-forming enterprises of the Republic, such as KNITU, Innopolis and all regulated customers, including TGK-16, Volgo-Vyatskupravtodor, KFU, Tattelecom, also go to this site.
Together with the State Procurement Agency, which acts as the System Administrator, work will be organized to meet the needs of customers placing orders on the site. The aggregator itself will find a supplier in the Republic without any extra charge for logistics, which cannot be avoided with deliveries from outside Tatarstan. Also, entrepreneurs using the capabilities of the Center will receive comprehensive support from the state.
