On May 21 and 22, 2020, the largest international technology virtual online conference Startup Village LiveStream ’20 will be held. It will take place on the 10th anniversary of the Skolkovo Foundation. Thanks to the latest technologies, more than 15,000 participants will be able to view the most interesting lectures and sessions, meet online with investors and mentors, and also communicate with speakers and with each other in real time from anywhere in the world.
The conference will offer participants 5 main tracks: Global Track, Industry track, Keynote track, Partner track and Investment track; as part of the business program, participants will be able to follow the progress of 80 interactive virtual sessions on technological trends, formation of new markets, transformation of business models and integration of innovative technologies in business practice.
One of the conference speakers will be the discussion master, journalist and blogger Irina Shikhman. She leads the author’s show on the YouTube channel “A pogovorit? (What about talking?), which is followed by 1 million people, and makes documentaries on urgent social topics. On the channel, the presenter raises serious social and pressing political issues, talking with famous guests of the program.
Tenacity and the desire to get answers to the most sacred questions are Irina's corporate identity. She will talk with Yuri Saprykin, Vice President for International and Regional Development of the Skolkovo Foundation, about where to put the comma in the phrase “Skolkovo” pardon impossible to execute”, about whether there are decent startups in the regions and whether it is possible to build a global business staying in Russia.
39 startups of regional technology parks will take part in Startup Bazaar, a virtual interactive exhibition of projects, in which young teams will present promising Russian technological developments from the prototype to the finished product.
Each startup will have the opportunity to present their product and win a cash prize in one of four main categories (IT, BioTech, Industrial Tech, Energy Tech), as well as find investors and partners online, through a virtual office - it will be available for participants and jury members from anywhere in the world.
