Public consultations on the draft federal law has started

The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia is conducting public consultations on the draft federal law “On Amendments to the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation”.

We invite all interested participants in the relationship to familiarize themselves with the draft federal law presented on the website of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

If there are provisions in the draft that introduce excessive administrative and other restrictions and obligations for business or facilitate their introduction, as well as provisions that contribute to unreasonable expenses of business entities, please send your comments and suggestions to the Regulatory Impact Assessment Sector of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic till May 19 Tatarstan to the email address: AV.Ponomareva@tatar.ru.
