Entrepreneurs from the most affected sectors can get a real estate rental discount

SMEs are offered support in the form of deferred rental payments for April, May and June 2020 with a payment term until the end of 2021 or exemption from payment of rental payments for April, May and June 2020.

To get support, it is necessary to check the lessor (make sure that the current lease agreement is concluded with one of the territorial departments of the Federal Property Management Agency), check the registration in the register of SMEs and the type of activity, which should relate to the most affected sectors.

Let us recall that these include: air travel, airport activities, road transport, culture, leisure and entertainment, fitness and sports activities, travel agencies and other organizations providing services in the field of tourism, hotel business, catering, additional education organizations, non-governmental educational institutions, organization of conferences and exhibitions, household services to the population (repair, washing, dry cleaning, hairdressing and beauty salons), health, retail of non-food products.

After this, it is necessary to send an application with the necessary documents. The application will be considered by employees of the Territorial Administration of the Federal Property Management Agency. If the result is positive, an additional agreement to the lease agreement will be sent to the entrepreneur within 7 business days to account for the benefits.
