Entrepreneurship Support Fund issued the first preferential microloan at 1%

30 April 2020, Thursday

Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, issued the first microloan under the “One Percent” program. Microloans at preferential rates are being issued since April 27 and became available thanks to the package of support measures developed by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan for SMEs whose activities were not previously covered by federal and republican measures and were not included in the list of the most affected.

The first loan at a preferential one-percent rate was issued to an entrepreneur engaged in the maintenance of fire and security alarms and video surveillance, as well as the electrification of various objects of the national economy. The loan amounted to 300 thousand rubles for a period of 24 months. Also there will be a delay for the entrepreneur in the payment of the principal debt for up to 6 months.

“There was no difficulty in obtaining a microloan, admitted Nikolai Tikhonov, Director of “Tekhnika Servis Proizvodstvo” OOO. - At the initial stage of collecting a package of documents for a loan, I did not have complete information about all necessary certificates, but after contacting the Entrepreneurship Support Fund and consultations with a specialist of the Fund, it became clear. I applied for a loan on April 27 and already today, on April 29, I received the funds requested”.

The one-percent soft loan provides for the possibility of obtaining a loan in the amount of 100 thousand to 2 million rubles for a period of up to 2 years. The loan amount of up to 300 thousand rubles does not imply collateral and can be received by the entrepreneur within two days from the date of filing the application and the necessary package of documents. The preferential loan rate will be valid for the first 6 months, after which the rate will be increased, depending on the further economic situation. For those entrepreneurs who will ensure that employment remains at least 90% of the number relative to March 2020, the interest rate for the remaining period will be half the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, in other cases - in the amount of the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation at the date of conclusion of the contract.

In turn, the main criterion for provision of a microloan will be a decrease in revenue by 30% relative to the average monthly revenue of 2019. To confirm the reduction in the company's turnover, the entrepreneur must provide certificates of open current accounts from the tax authority and banks, where they are available.

Documents for processing a loan can be sent through the ФАСТТРЕК.РФ portal. The portal was created for quick access to support measures for small and medium-sized businesses in Tatarstan and works in the format of a “single window” or by contacting the Entrepreneurship Support Fund.
