Tatarstan entrepreneurs will be told how to conduct trainings for sales department in a crisis

On April 29, an online lesson on topic “Training the sales department in a crisis: pros and cons” will be held for Tatarstan entrepreneurs. The lesson will be delivered by Andrey Golovanov, General Director of “Privilege” Group of Companies. The webinar will be held as part of the free course for entrepreneurs of the Republic “Factory PRO: Anti-Crisis”, launched by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the crisis, a company head is not entitled to make strategic mistakes that may entail adverse consequences for a company. An online lesson will help you avoid managerial mistakes and will include tools for conducting business negotiations, as well as training, discipline and motivation for the sales department.

The speaker of the lesson will be Andrey Golovanov, General Director of “Privilege” Group of Companies.
