Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, issued the first microloan under the “Single-Industry Towns” program to an entrepreneur from Naberezhnye Chelny. An application for a microloan at a preferential interest rate can be submitted by entrepreneurs registered in seven single-industry towns of the Republic. To accelerate the development of the SME sector, the mono-territories of Tatarstan received federal subsidies, which made it possible to set the loan rate at half the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
The loan amount issued under the “Single-Industry Towns” program amounted to 1.5 million rubles for a period of 3 years at 3% per annum. The company from Chelny will spend the amount received to replenish working capital.
Let us recall that, starting from April 27, the Central Bank lowered its key rate, currently it is 5.50%, which makes a preferential microloan under the “Single-Industry Towns” program more affordable for entrepreneurs of the Republic.
An application for a microloan can be issued by those SMEs whose activities are registered in the cities of Zelenodolsk, Naberezhnye Chelny, Elabuga, Mendeleyevsk, Kamskiye Polyany, Chistopol and Nizhnekamsk. A loan at a preferential interest rate of ½ of the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation as of the date of conclusion of the contract can be obtained if there is collateral, if it is absent, the interest rate will be equal to the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation - 5.50%. The maximum loan amount will be 2.5 million rubles and will be issued to the entrepreneur for a period of up to 3 years.
