Tatarstan entrepreneurs will be told how to reduce costs through the use of CRM

28 April 2020, Tuesday

On April 28, an online lesson on topic “CRM in crisis: how to reduce costs through the use of CRM” will be held for Tatarstan entrepreneurs. The lesson will be delivered by Pavel Tsapyuk, an expert on selection and implementation of customer relationship management systems. The webinar will be held as part of the free course for entrepreneurs of the Republic “Factory PRO: Anti-Crisis”, launched by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Thanks to the implementation of CRM, managers make fewer mistakes, which means they sell more in volume and more frequently. It becomes easier for a leader to manage a company: he spends less time on control and receives more resources to develop his business. The online lesson will include practical advice on choosing crm-systems, based on business processes and functional requirements of each individual company, as well as, importantly, working out employee objections to innovations.

The lesson will be delivered by Pavel Tsapyuk, an expert on selection and implementation of CRM, working with market leaders such as Beeline, Sberbank, Yandex. Pavel is the author of the book "#CRM_is", valued by many business owners for the usefulness and simplicity information.

Let us recall that last week 3 online lessons were held. More than 4 thousand entrepreneurs of the Republic took part in them. During the webinars, it was possible to analyze in detail the organization of work on marketplaces, market analysis, marketing during the crisis, and the transition of sales online.

The broadcast will start at 3:00 p.m.
