RT Ministry of Economy will support entrepreneurs with subsidies for loan repayments

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan announces the start of accepting applications for the measure “Interest rate subsidies”, approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 327 dated April 25, 2020.

As part of the event, the subsidy can be received by small and medium-sized enterprises (hereinafter referred to as SMEs) that meet the following conditions:

- the main type of activity of an SME entity is not included in the list of activities specified in Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 434 dated April 3, 2020 “On approval of the list of sectors of the Russian economy that were most affected by the deterioration of the situation as a result of the spread of a new coronavirus infection”;

- the revenue of the SME entity fell by more than 30%, compared with the average monthly revenue for 2019;

- the SME entity retained the number of jobs at the time of application no less than 90%, compared with March 2020.

To receive a subsidy, you must have a valid loan agreement; interest paid for the period from April 1 to October 1, 2020 in the amount of the key rate established by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation will be reimbursed.

The maximum subsidy per recipient is 1.5 million rubles per year.

Applications are accepted by the State Public Institution “Center for Implementation of Support and Development Programs for Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan” from April 30, 2020, from Monday to Thursday from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., on Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 4.45 p.m., at the following address: Kazan, Moskovskaya str., 55.
