Anti-crisis measures working groups operate in each of 43 municipal districts and 2 urban districts of Tatarstan. This week, reports were made by representatives of the Nizhnekamskiy, Novosheshminskiy, Almetyevskiy, Agryzskiy, Verkhneuslonskiy, Bugulminskiy and Mamadyshskiy districts, the cities of Naberezhnye Chelny and Kazan.
“We are facing a serious economic crisis. Our enterprises and, first of all, representatives of small and medium-sized businesses feel its significant influence. Today, the Government of the Russian Federation is taking all necessary measures to reduce the negative effects of the crisis on the economy. This includes cancellation of inspections, tax and credit deferrals, possibility of obtaining a loan to pay wages at 0% per annum, a number of other state support measures”, RT Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov addressed the heads of districts.
In turn, the executive committees of the municipalities monitor the fluctuations in prices and availability of essential goods on a daily basis. The excitement observed 2 weeks ago fell down, the inventory was maintained at a sufficient level. Representatives of the districts assess the situation as stable. In the Verkhneuslonskiy district, an increased demand for essential goods was recorded, which is associated with the beginning of the summer season. In a number of areas, there has been a slight increase in prices for the following goods: rice, beets, buckwheat, onions, sugar, poultry, pasta, eggs - this information was promptly brought to the Antimonopoly Service by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic.
In order to provide individual means of protection for the population of medical workers, law enforcement agencies, volunteers, as well as workers of city-forming enterprises whose activities are not suspended, self-employed and private sewing workshops were involved in sewing masks in all municipalities of Tatarstan. Non-woven material for sewing masks in Nizhnekamsk was allocated by the Polimatiz company. About 100 thousand masks will be made from the supplier’s raw materials, which will be received by volunteers, veterans, workers performing a social mission and contacting a large number of people daily.
The working group, together with the employment center and enterprises, conducts daily operational monitoring of the labor market. Regarding small and medium-sized businesses, the municipalities are constantly working to inform the business community about all possible support measures, especially in the areas most affected by the crisis. Regular meetings with businesses are held online in areas where businessmen can ask their questions and suggest solutions. One of these online meetings in the Almetyevskiy district was attended by over 600 entrepreneurs.
