Tatarstan entrepreneurs will be told online about the legal aspects of resolving corporate disputes

In the framework of the free course for entrepreneurs of the republic “Factory PRO: Anti-Crisis”, the second online lesson will be held on April 8, the topic of which will be the legal aspects of resolving corporate disputes during the crisis. In total, the course includes 25 master classes in the format of video lessons, they will be held from April 6 to April 27, 2020.

Let us recall that the course was launched by the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan together with the Entrepreneurship Support Fund, the Entrepreneurship Factory project and the My Business Center on behalf of the President of the Republic Rustam Minnikhanov and is aimed at quickly adapting entrepreneurs to current conditions.

Experts in the field of law, taxation and consulting will speak at the lessons. Philipp Zarubin the Managing Partner of “Zarubin & Partners” company will tell entrepreneurs about the legal aspects related to pre-trial settlement of corporate disputes, as well as about factors taken into account in the process of resolving corporate conflicts.

Ramil Timerbayev, an Expert in the field of taxation will share with entrepreneurs practical skills in lawfully obtaining deferrals of tax payments and insurance premiums.

It should be noted that the first online lesson “Strategy and tactics of company actions during the crisis”, which took place on April 6, was attended by more than 600 entrepreneurs of the republic. During the lesson, it was possible to analyze in detail the technologies for launching anti-crisis management and the existing types of anti-crisis strategies, as well as algorithms for organizing work in a crisis.
