On April 6, the first online lesson “Strategy and tactics of the company’s actions in crisis (scenarios and forecasts of the crisis development)” will be held for entrepreneurs of the region.

A series of anti-crisis conferences “Adaptation Technologies: How to Survive and Grow” was launched by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Entrepreneurship Factory project on behalf of the President of the Republic Rustam Minnikhanov.

The project aims to interact on problematic issues with public authorities and provide expert support for business in disputed and conflict situations.

The first online lesson will discuss technologies for launching crisis management, types of crisis management strategies, crisis management algorithms, and methods for analyzing the external and internal environment.

1) Taliya Minullina, Head of the Agency for Investment Development of the Republic of Tatarstan;

2) Sergey Akulchev, Director of Akulchev OOO;
