Tatarstan Guarantee Fund supports entrepreneurs in the amount of 1 billion rubles

With support of the Tatarstan Guarantee Fund, subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, entrepreneurs of the republic were able to attract 988.8 million rubles of borrowed funds under guarantees in the 1st quarter of 2020.

In the 1st quarter of 2020, the Fund issued 65 guarantees in the amount of 261.2 million rubles. This is 18% more than the same period last year. Small and medium-sized businesses attracted loan financing to replenish working capital, purchase high-tech equipment and carry out spring field work. The Fund issued guarantees for 33 million rubles only to agricultural producers.

During the self-isolation regime, the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to operate normally. For the convenience and safety of entrepreneurs, one may apply for a guarantee remotely - on the organization’s website or through the ФАСТТРЕК portal. In addition, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic sent an application to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation for the additional capitalization of the Guarantee Fund of Tatarstan. The received anti-crisis funds will be used to expedite the provision of guarantees without checking the credit history and as soon as possible. The term for providing guarantees and sureties is planned to be reduced to 1 day, which will ensure the obligations of entrepreneurs to banks in the current conditions.
