A moratorium on supervisory inspections was introduced in the territory of Tatarstan until May 1

According to the Decree of the President of the Republic, starting on March 28, a moratorium on supervisory inspections was introduced in Tatarstan. The corresponding ban is valid on the territory of the republic until May 1. The exception is unscheduled inspections, the basis of which is harm to life, health of citizens, emergencies of a natural and man-made nature, and inspections to issue permits.

In this connection, the Internet site “Proverennyi biznes (Verified Business)”, created at the initiative of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan in conjunction with the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic, launched a hotline where entrepreneurs can contact upon verification for a period of a ban on their conduct.

If the entrepreneur has encountered a visit of the inspector or found himself in a different situation related to the supervisory authorities during the period of the moratorium on inspections, he can report each fact of such interaction to the hotline by phone: 8 (800) 222-37-22 or through a special form posted on the “Proverennyi biznes” portal.

Let us recall that the corresponding Order No. 139 of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan was issued in order to fulfill the order of the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation of March 18, 2020.
